Green Building Development for Cleveland Nonprofits

Updated: Sep 22

Goal: Plan a shared green office building for Cleveland nonprofit organizations by evaluating best practices, tenant needs, and development options.
Working with Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and local nonprofit organizations, we conducted a needs assessment to determine tenant requirements, financial capacity, and preferred building features. We also completed a feasibility study evaluating potential sites, development alternatives, renovation costs, and financing strategies to support the creation of a shared green office building.
The project demonstrated how environmentally sustainable development could also advance economic development by providing high-quality, energy-efficient office space for Cleveland's nonprofit community.
